• Revenue increases

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business operations, pricing, reputation, and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain your own business operations and customer communication
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Failure to do so may impact results, and we are not responsible for performance outcomes related to client inaction.

4. Payment Terms

a) Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee is required to begin services. Pricing varies based on scope but starts at $1,500.

b) Monthly Subscription

Ongoing services are billed monthly, starting at $497 per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c) Annual Payment Option

Clients may choose to pay annually in advance and may receive a discount at our discretion.

d) Payment Obligations

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your monthly service at any time by providing written notice.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
• Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if terms are violated.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may use analytics, tracking technologies, and third-party data providers to improve our services and better understand website activity.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, content, and materials provided by Gee Productions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.
