As a valued customer of Gee Productions, we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible while using our services. As such, please take some time to review and understand the following terms and conditions before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Gee Productions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We have the right to update the terms and conditions at any point. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Gee Productions provides various services including but not limited to website design, logo design, audio and video production, editing, and distribution. These services are for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Gee Productions for our services is legal and does not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws. You must also provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
4. Payment
Payment for Gee Productions’ services requires a deposit of 50% to work and paid in full is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Gee Productions reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments.
Logo: Requires full payment before we begin
Business Cards: Requires full payment before we begin
Website Design: 50% deposit and paid in full due upon completion of the project otherwise agreed upon by both parities in the contract.
Software As A Services (Saas): Monthly payment is required via a subscription.
5. Ownership
All content created by Gee Productions for our customers remains the property of the customer upon payment. However, Gee Productions retains the right to use this content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
6. Confidentiality
Gee Productions will not disclose any confidential information provided by our customers to any third party without prior consent. However, Gee Productions may use non-identifying information for statistical purposes or in promotional materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gee Productions will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gee Productions reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly review these terms for any updates or changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
10. Software As A Service (SAAS)
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, customers who use Gee Productions’ SAAS services are also bound by our SAAS agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions specific to our SAAS services and must be agreed to before using those services.
Saas is a monthly subscription-based service that allows customers to access our CRM software online. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices in order to use our SAAS services. Any issues or interruptions with the customer’s internet or device will not be the responsibility of Gee Productions.
Payment upfront is required to activate Saas. No contracts. Pay month-to-month. Due to nature of the service there are no refunds. You, the end-user, is not allowed to transfer websites, data, systems , automations or anything from the High Level platform, white labeled as Webdogg, to any other platform. Not all features are included in the monthly plan. Some features will be on a pay-per-use basis, allowing you to use if you wish.
11. Consenting to Receive SMS
By submitting your personal information, name, email, phone, you agree to receive notifications, promotions, support from Webdogg. You can reply STOP to stop all communication.
12. SaaS Business Phone Number
Currently, the rate is $1.15/mo for local phone numbers or $2.22 for 800 toll-free. This can change at any time. The monthly charge is for the use of the phone number. Calls and SMS is pay-per-use.
13. SMS & Email Marketing
For SMS texting messages, it is $0.0083 per segment (a segment being 160 characters). With a payment of $10, you can expect approximately 800 segments. And when you run low on your segments, you can replenish them as needed with our simple and affordable pay-per-use model. Email marketing is $0.000709 per email. With a payment of $10, you can expect approximately 1,200 emails. And when you run low on your emails, you can replenish them as needed with our simple and affordable pay-per-use model.
14. New Features to SaaS
We strive to provide value to our customers and will often include new features for no additional cost in their subscription plan. However, some new features will be on a pay-per-use basis, allowing you to use them at your convenience.
Rest assured, we will always notify our customers in advance about any additional charges associated with implementing new features. You will have the option to choose whether to opt-in or not.
15. Logo Design
All logo designs include three rounds of revisions. Each additional round there after is $25 each round. Once logo is approved we provide three files: PDF vector, jpg and PNG transparent background. Due to the nature of this work there are no refunds.
16. Business Cards
We provide samples based on references provided by customer. It’s up to customer to proof read the content of the cards before printing. Once it’s sent out for printing there are no changes. Due to the nature of this work there are no refunds.
